Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - Dublin
Welcome to Dublin! After checking in to your hotel, enjoy a private 3 hour walking tour of Dublin. Your guide will escort you into one of Dublin’s most famous attractions, St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Overnight: Dublin
Day 2 - Mayo
Depart Dublin today for Galway/Mayo. Upon arrival enjoy a private hawk walk with a resident falconer. Falconry is a pastime that has captivated people for over 4,000 years and now you will have the opportunity to share in that excitement.
Overnight: Co. Galway / Mayo
Day 3 - Connemara National Park
Today we recommend touring Connemara National Park, 2,957 hectares of rugged quartzite and schist terrain in North Galway. Connemara is full of small villages where Gaelic is still the spoken language. No visit to Connemara
would be complete without a stop at Kylemore Abbey.
Overnight: Co. Galway / Mayo
Day 4 - Clare
Today travel through the strange lunar landscape of the Burren region or visit the Cliffs of Moher, a 5 mile long cliff which rises almost 700 feet above sea level. Stop at some of the many small towns and villages Ireland is famous for.
Overnight: Co. Clare
Day 5 - Kerry
Today travel south and pass through the medieval town of Limerick. Stop in the
pretty village of Adare, who’s heritage centre allows you to experience the area’s
unique history spanning from the year 1233. Continue to the ‘Kingdom of Kerry’.
Overnight: Killarney
Day 6 - Ring of Kerry
Explore the ‘Ring of Kerry’. Take in spectacular scenery – mountains, peat bogs, lakes and magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. Pass through the quaint villages of Killorglin, Glenbeigh, Cahirciveen, Waterville and Sneem. Return to
Killarney via Molls Gap and Ladies View with superb views of the famous Lakes of Killarney.
Overnight: Killarney
Day 7 - The Midlands
Leave Kerry today and make your way to your final night’s accommodation in the Ireland’s ‘Midlands’. Why not stop in Cork, Ireland’s second largest city. Or perhaps visit the world famous Blarney Castle and nearby Blarney Woolen Mills.
Overnight: Co. Laois
Day 8 - Departure
Travel to Dublin Airport for your return flight home.
